Cheerleading is more than just a sport; it’s a vibrant expression of teamwork, athleticism, personal growth and spirit.
Hi! I'm Coach Kay!
I am originally from Arizona and I have been cheering and competing since I was 11 years old. From middle school to High school and Desert
storm Elite All star in-between. Then achieving my dream of making a pro team right out of high school in 2013, cheering for the Arizona Coyotes. My Dream now is to bring my skills expertise to the Tri cities area and build a gym that offers affordable tuition and eventually build a team to take to Worlds. This dream is Spirit of the South All-Stars. It starts with personalized cheer skill building clinics!

What is Spirit Of The South?
Spirit Of The South is an embodiment of southern kindness, dedication and pageantry that shines through in every aspect of Cheerleading. Its not just about winning or throwing the highest tumbling or stunts; it’s about showcasing talent, building camaraderie, and fostering a love for cheerleading through building personal athletic skills based off strong foundations that contribute to a team win.
